LOBBY & P LEVELS

Skypark is located in the Steeles neighborhood of Scarborough. The renovation included a full refurbishment of the lobby and P levels. During the project process, we worked closely with the board members to envision the revised layout of the space. The results were remarkably transformative. The redesign focused on opening up the flow and creating architectural key points with integrated seating. The contrasting floor finishes add a layer of intricacy and definition to the open concept.
