Lobby / Amenity FF&E

The residences of Promenade Park are a two-tower condominium complex located at the intersection of Bathurst St and Steeles Ave. The FF&E refresh and art selection included the main lobby, party room & theater room. The seating areas were redefined by the new furniture groupings, resulting in an enhanced use of the generous space with better circulation.
