300 Ray Lawson Condos is located in Brampton’s Fletcher’s Creek South area. The renovation included a full refurbishment of the lobby area and residential corridors. The redesign enhanced the existing architectural features of the lobby. The corridors were brightened through increased light levels and the use of crisp finishes. A contrasting neutral palette with subtle accents of bronze highlights key moments. The defined elevator landings create a sense of arrival and luxury.
